Looks nice but is quite a terrible hotel

... hotel for my first anniversary and was sorry I did not read the reviews. The hotel portion of the property is mis-managed and the service is simply terrible. Too stiff and cold

... here for "happy hour" a week ago. Well it was dead, I could here a pin drop. I think I actually heard crickets!! The alcohol was fairly reasonable.
