Very Relaxing
Stayed here for two nights while in Knoxville for business. The Richmont is wonderfully relaxing, it would make a great romantic weekend getaway or a perfect place to rest and recharge. The structure itself is unique. A three story building built in a cantolevere style (small base with larger upper floors). This means there are lots of stairs which means this location may not be the best choice for someone who needs accessability accomodations. The Inn is decorated in ... As you enter Townsend (Mi. Marker 26 from Maryville on US 321 N. take 1st R. on Old Tuckaleechee Road Turn R. on next paved road (Laurel Valley), go 0.8 mi through stone wall entrance. Go to crest of hill, turn L.
