She'll fall in love with the romantic landscaping, fountains, the mansion's decor and history, homemade breakfast and located just outside Newport --enough to be secluded from downtown noise but close enough to be convenient to attractions. You will love the beauty of house and the grounds. A more quaint and authentic example of Newport's grand homes would be hard to find.
