Service could be better

We recently stayed at the Alden House. The Inn was very nice, clean, and the common areas and rooms were very nice. We stayed in the Joshua Room which was very pretty. My wife and I stayed there for our first Anniversary 2 years ago, and we think about our visit all the time. We have been to some other B & B's but nothing compares to the stay at Alden House and the Town of Lititz. Not quite what I would expect

I agree with the last 2 posters, in fact, I wonder if we were there at the same time as Heather.?! We stayed in the Upstairs Parlour Suite, which is right above the porch with the Irish Dancers.
