Clearly something has changed since 2009 and I hope they resolve the issues raised in order to return to the former status that we disappointingly missed. more on TripAdvisor

The bed was awful: not only unusually small by American standards, but every move was noisy so sleep was constantly disturbed and it was so uncomfortable we both ended up with very bad backache. more on TripAdvisor
