Beautiful from the Outside

I will start with the good: The stone farmhouse was lovely from the outside. It was built in 1780. Doug and Linda were wonderful and very helpful hosts. They are a wealth of much appreciated knowledge. Linda recommended excellent restaurants and made reservations for us. The grounds outiside were spectacular: the flowers were gorgeous; the breakfast patio was cozy and inviting; the acres of land were naturally breathtaking; the well- manicured garden provided both beauty and delicious ingredients for a homemade 5* breakfast. Unpleasant

I have to concur with the previous review and I wish I had come across it before I booked the house for my wedding party. My guests didn’t want to shower at the b&b, the towels smelled bad, the place was generally dirty and unkempt. I woke up in the middle of the night to find bugs in the ... Eclectic, Nice Stay

I've stayed at Baker's twice, once by myself, and once with my boyfriend. I stayed once in a room upstairs (on the right) with a double bed and then another time in the upstairs attic room. I think the below reviewer was a bit unfair; I didn't find the B&B "filthy" or "smelly." Granted the bathroom arrangements, especially in the upstairs loft room, are a bit inventive.
