If you like shopping, there is a big store Century 21, a lot of stuff, quite cheap, a few blocks away (ask my wife and daughter) more on TripAdvisor

Big (50 m2) comfortable room, with large bed + sofa, and kitchenette + table, just enough to have breakfast and sometimes dinner. more on TripAdvisor
