You can do much better

My traveling companion and I have stayed in many B&Bs before, and this was the worst of the bunch. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs pushing up through the thin, tired mattress. Other furnishings in the Ansel Adams room were spartan but adequate. like a sitcom episode

We reserved five days in the "Ansel Adams" room, but left after four. The bed was horrible, with springs working their way up to the surface and poking our ribs - the worst hotel bed I have ever had. The windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom did not open and close properly, and required us to go outside and push them shut.
