The service was outstanding from the moment of arrival. They could not have been more welcoming or made us feel more like kings and queens in that beautiful inn. Would not return

A complete disappointment. After reading the reveiws on this site, we expected much more. While the innkeepers were friendly, accommodating and very helpful with sightseeing suggestions, the accommodations were not. The room was badly in need of repairs. We stayed to celebrate our wedding aniversary and had a great time. Margaret, the innkeeper, was wonderful! Breakfast was fabulous and filling (we has to skip lunch two of the days) and the wine and cheese was a great time to meet other guests and start the evening off ... a user of bedandbreakfast.com. I just wanted to comment on the wonderful stay that my husband and I had. We stayed at The Inn at Grey Gables in Charlevoix, MI. We had been there 10 years ago for our honeymoon, back then it was the Belvedere Inn. We wanted to spend our anniversary at the same place we started our lives together...
