Arts & Crafts decor & fireplaces!
Vitosha Guest Haus was formal, yet the staff were friendly and efficient. They have an enormous, darling dog and two kitties, who make your stay more "homey". atrocious "customer service" from owner/manager
I'd attended art receptions and modern dance performances at the Guest Haus, and what I was able to see of the property during those times left me impressed; the grounds and furnishings are lovely, and I always wanted to return there for a stay. The rooms and service were amazing. Furnishings were authentic and understated from the thick quilts on the beds, working antique phone to the heated slate floors. We truly felt that we had stepped back in time to a Bavarian or German Guest House. Our bed was firm, but a check of other rooms foun... a user of bedandbreakfast.com.
