When we arrived on the door, we were greeted and shown the rooms before we decided which ones we wanted.
We were given a discount because had 2 rooms. Both had sea views and location was good.
Very clean rooms, with excellent maid service.

Honeymoon at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor
We spent our 2nd Honeymoon at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor and we will never forget our wonderful experience! The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly! This place is a great b&b in a great location. However, calling the rooms "ocean view" is a bit of an exaggeration. If you stand on the balcony and squint you can see the ocean a little. Completely Wonderful!
My boyfriend and I spent this past weekend at the Ocean Manor and absolutely loved it! The location was absolutely Unbeatable!! You are a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to Main Street where all the action is! We stayed in room 2 for a week in July. It was the best vacation we've had in years. The deck was so romantic with beautiful views of the Nantucket Sound, the Salt Marshes, & Colorful birds.
