The rooms were cozy, clean and nicely furnished (our friends and us each had a single with private bath), the grounds were stupendous, breakfasts were delicious and casual hospitality abundant. more on TripAdvisor

We had a great dinner out at Spinney's, the restaurant next to Fort Popham. more on TripAdvisor

The hot tub and pool are available at all hours and have appropriate safety equipment and warnings, along with the toys for adults and children. more on TripAdvisor
