1.0: The Blackridge doesnt live up to the reviews

At first glance the Blackridge Hall looked quite promising. While we prefer older properties, due to lack of availability we thought we would give this a try. We appreciate that people build houses in older styles and try to recreate some great old architecture. In those terms, this house was fine -- not exceptional -- for example, it has wall to wall white carpeting throughout -- wood floors would be a much nicer touch. The decor on the other hand is awful.
