A lovely, friendly and peaceful visit

We just returned from a 2 night stay here. We usually stay in downtown Cincinnati for our company Christmas party, but we found a nice package deal at this property through a B&B guidebook and decided to give it a try. We have been choosing more of these properties in our travels, because we like the personal service we receive. Christopher's was a true gem! Located in the town of Bellevue, next to Newport and just across the river from Cincinnati, it was quiet and was in a residential area. Nice Place to relax and enjoy

Try Other Options First

To state the positive first -- there was lots of hot water. The bed (if you ignore how bad it squeaked) was comfortable. The bedside lights were excellent. There is an assortment of snacks and a chilled water dispenser available at all times. Because we were the only guests, we were able to keep the thermostat at our comfort level -- a definite plus as the weather was very changeable. Basically, though, we cannot recommend Christopher's -- we think the positive comments you may find elsewhere must have come from an earlier period, because things have certainly gone down hill. ...
