Hospitality comes with a price

Stayed one night at the Pineapple Inn after spending the day exploring the Spoon River area to the NE before heading on to Springfield for a convention. I booked the room online and found Charlene to be very professional and efficient in her communications, both in her e-mail response and her follow-up hardcopy letter. I would only caution that she has rather rigid Guest Policies including a two week cancelation deadline and your credit card will be charged for your first night's stay on ...
