Nice Owner, but this B&B needs maintaining

My mom, my sister and I spent one night at this B&B in Augusta. We were met by one of the owners (they are teachers who live down the street - not in the B&B). She was very nice and concerned that we were comfortable. We were the only guests that evening, so she took us on a tour of the house. Directions

Exit 199 on Interstate 20. This is Washington Road. Take Washington Road until it becomes the Calhoun Expressway. Go to the end of the Calhoun. Becomes Greene Street. Inn is about eight blocks down on the right.
