Be Wary Before Booking - Owner can be quite rude and inhospitable

I was visiting the Atlanta area and decided to try staying for the first time at a bed and breakfast. I made reservations with Laurel Hill Bed and Breakfast and was looking forward to my stay at Dave Hinman’s establishment with much anticipation. Up until the point of my arrival Mr. Hinman was quite pleasant and gracious. So it was quite surprising and disturbing to me to witness his rude, hostile, and inhospitable behavior upon my arrival. Mr. Hinman has a very strict rule of 3 o’clock check-in, for which he does not make any accommodations or show any flexibility. To paraphrase Mr. Hinman , he has imposed ...
