Beautiful setting, zero housekeeping

Stayed in the Tortuga Bungalow, frankly the best in the property as it has a good sized front verandah overlooking the lagoon. Most of the ones at the back overlook the carpark. Very welcoming and friendly staff but I have to say they all seem to have a problem with actually doing any work. The unit had not been cleaned, the bed was comfortable but the sheets and pillowcases were crumpled (we later saw their laundry room piled high with dirty towels and sheets).
