I think their style is to leave you alone. That's fine. Food was good. Room was dirty by another reviewer ? Doubt it ! Stayed there repeatedly; they only sell out repeatedly during graduation.

Lovely inn located in historic old Wethersfield
We stayed one night in this lovely, historic inn and enjoyed our stay. Located right in old historic Wethersfield, it was convenient to seeing the historic houses and museums located here. Peaceful and Wonderful

I went to Hartford for business and was surprised to find a home away from home. I slept like a baby in "my" bed and enjoyed walking down main street.
