2.0: Left with an uneasy feeling on 8/29

I admit I had high expectations - not so much about the facility ( I had visited once when I prepaid the room to surprise my husband) but about the service for a $198 night and what our friends had told me about other B&Bs...breakfast in bed, Hors D'oeuvres the night before etc ;-) The advertisement in the local wine tasting brochure was correct in almost all aspects (no carriage rides though because of a dropped insurance policy). The grounds are beautiful and the carriage collection is worth visiting!!! The four available rooms looked Victorian style to me without some of the cheesy frills and with an antique look throughout the house. It is only 8 years old and very well kept.
