A "Gem" next to the Jewel of the Missions

When I was planning this particular trip I knew we were going to take the train therefore leaving us without a car. This was not a problem as San Juan Capistrano is a highly "walkable" town. Romantic & Cozy

This was a last minute trip and we ended up booking the room the same day. I was lucky enough to find a room but not so lucky as the only two rooms available were the ones with two double beds as opposed to a king size bed. Delicious oranges free for the picking right outside your room, very nice pool area, and wonderful cookies! This property is a converted motel so it lacks a bit of the traditional B&B ambiance. Great service, nice area

The "Inn" is an old 50's highway courtyard motel that has been nicely redone. The rooms are a little cozy and lack some modern amenities such as phones or lots of electrical outlets, but they offer you a cordless phone if you want and everyone has a cell phone anyway.
