Really Take Note of these negative reviews

Never again will we ignore negative reviews, everything written is true. We complained when we saw our room, #5, we were so disappointed after booking it based on the website information and photos. The place looks like a builders yard. The rooms were dirty, we had to clean the toilet before using it! The bed covers looked disgustingly filthy and we didn't want to sleep in them. There were no usable cooking or microwave utensils, what was there you wouldn't cook pet food in!! There were also dangerous elements ... EnglandWelltravelled, a user of Tripadvisor.
