Also, unlike the Lowe House, many B &B's in the area require a 2-night stay during special event weekends. more on TripAdvisor

If you are planning to be in Mountain View for several days to sightsee and visit the Ozark Folk Center and walk around the Square, the Lowe House is a good deal, in my opinion. more on TripAdvisor

If you enjoy visiting with other guests, the only opportunity would be at breakfast, or securing one of the rocking chairs on the porch when others are also relaxing in the afternoon or evening. more on TripAdvisor
