Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ketchikan

We stayed at Alderhouse in June of 2007 and enjoyed our first two days so much, we cancelled our stay for the rest of the week at a hotel in town and returned for two more days with Alyce. Alderhouse is approximately 1 mile south of the Ketchikan Airport Ferry terminal along Tongass Highway. We are just up the hill, across Tongass Highway, from the Alaska Marine Highway and Inter-Island Ferry terminals appx. 1/8 of a mile. From Tongass High
